Returns
How to return an item to Nyeleti Sports.
Items may only be returned for exchange if they are damaged from our side and the damage is evident before the customer has used the item.
Damaged items
If an item is damaged, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Any item being returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which it was received.
What we cannot accept
- Any returned item carrying an odour, staining or similar marks — these render the return void.
- Items returned outside the 7-day window.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
Cancellations
Any order cancelled by the client will incur a 30% cancellation and administration fee.
If the funds have already been processed, any bank charges arising from the refund will be for the client’s account. Refunds are made to the credit card, bank account or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
